Amazon sucks!!! The internal seller support is CRIMINAL!

I am a third party seller on Amazon and their seller support team is just awful. They are unreachable and definitely incompetent. F OFF AMAZON. I sell now on my own site and don't give a ****.

Yes...things are getting bad on Amazon. High fees, no seller support, big competition...no idea if it's worthy to sell there!

I hate the "buyer is always right" policy that hurts honest sellers and helps dishonest buyers! I am selling in my own website as well. I have less sales, but no fees!

WARNING!!!!! NEVER SALE ON AMAZON.COM. YOU HAVE NO PROTECTION AGAIN AMAZON.COM AND YOUR CUSTOMER.ONCE THE CUSTOMER OPEN AN A TO Z CLAIM AGAINST YOU. ALL THE CUSTOMER NEED TO DO IS SAY THE THE PRODUCT IS NOT AS DESCRIBED BECAUSE IT WAS SCRATCHED OR THE CUSTOMER DIDN'T READ THE LISTING. 10 DAYS LATER AMAZON.COM WILL ISSUE A FULL REFUND AND LET THE CUSTOMER KEEP THE PRODUCT AND AMAZON KEEP THEIR FEE TOO. YOU CAN TELL AMAZON.COM THAT YOU WILL ISSUE A REFUND WHEN YOU GET THE PRODUCT BACK. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU THE SELLER. AMAZON NEVER REQUIRE THE CUSTOMER TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. BUT IF YOU BUY FROM AMAZON.COM NOT THERE SELLER, THEY REQUIRE THAT THE CUSTOMER RETURN THE PRODUCT BEFORE THEY ISSUE A REFUND. THEY KNOW SOME OF THERE LISTINGS ARE AGAINST THERE POLICY BUT THEY WILL NOT REMOVE IT. SO WHEN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT HOW THEY TREAT THEIR SELLERS THEY WILL USE IT TO SHUT YOU DOWN. NEVER SALE ON AMAZON.COM. I THINK THERE A TO Z CLAIM IS LOCATED IN INDIA. THAT'S WHY THEY ONLY TAKE EMAIL AND THEY ALL HAVE INDIA'S NAME WHEN THEY SEND OR RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS.

I ran into the EXACT same thing... what a SCAM Amazon is.. The A-z team is REALLY PATHETIC!!! I talked to one of the Amazon representatives in WA and they can't even contact the A-z team directly, only by email. Makes you wonder who is really hiding behind the (curtain) email? Probably some third world boiler room team who doesn't give a crap about the sellers or in the fact anyone in the US.

Amazon is cheating its third party sellers, screwing them every single day! That is definitely illegal practice and should be accountable for in court. F U Amazon!

I agree with you, seller Amazon's support is criminal! Once they took money from my account without making sure that I've received the item back. They are just promoting THEFT. I'm sure that all the people who disagree are Amazon employees trying to cover them!

Same thing just happened to me... They are crooks, criminals. As a former seller, when a buyer places a claim on an item and doesn't respond to a refund request given out by the seller, Amazon just goes and refunds the money 100% to the buyer without any return of the merchandise. So the buyer keeps the item and gets the money too with the seller left with nothing. I've went through their so called A-z team which hides behind an email and they are a pathetic group that does nothing after filing a claims dispute and explaining what happened and asking why they unlawfully gave the money back to the buyer and not processing a proper return as any honest business would..

Amazon needs to close up shop as with their unfair and dishonest business practices they should not even be in business.

I couldn't agree more. They are the worst. I sell on Amazon and eBay. eBay supports their good sellers. Amazon does not. Amazon is great for buyers, horrible for sellers. I have been selling there for over a year and have stories no one would believe. I'm not being dramatic. Situations where they have let buyers walk all over me. I've been giving incorrect information from seller support, have been hung up on, have been provided conflicting information, etc. They make you jump through hoop after hoop and hoop. I spend hours on the phone trying to plead my case. It's crazy.
