Our iFrame, WooCommerce plugin and API integration tools allow you to screen and review buyers directly from your online store without going to our website. For these options you need to have some HTML and/or server side programming knowledge. If you do not, you need to contact your online store developer.
This method uses the so called iFrame solution - an already prepared code that needs to be inserted in your order details page. When you have a new sale, you can screen the buyer directly from your order page. If you want to leave feedback for a buyer you already sold to, you can also do it from the same order page. The iFrame code has a predefined design and a set of fields and can be inserted on your page. The fields that the iFrame code provides are all fields the eBuyersreviewed requires for a submission of a review or for screening. If you paste the iFrame code on your order page, all fields will appear empty and the buyer's information into the fields will have to be entered manually. If you want to have these fields filled out automatically when opening the order page, you will need to ask your site developer to link your order details with the iFrame fields.
